Healthy and delicious, fruit and nut protein milkshake .

Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:

  1. Chopped banana,frozen -1 and 1/2 cups
  2. Milk- 1 and 1/2 cups
  3. Dates,pitted and chopped- 4 to 5(depending on sweetness desired)
  4. Almonds- 5 to 6
  5. Cashew nuts- 5 to 6

Instructions:

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients . Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.

NOTES

  • 1cup=250ml
  • you can also add 2 to 3 walnuts if desired.
