1/2of a mediumGreen bell pepper,finely chopped

White/Black pepper powderaccording to taste

Vegetable oil/sesame oilas required
Spring onion greens,finely chopped
For Marination
1tspGinger garlic paste
1/2 to 1 tspRed chili flakes(according to taste)
1tspBlack pepper powder
1tspSoya sauce

Instructions
In a pan,add the prawns,along with all the ingredients listed under 'For Marination'.Set aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.Heat oil in a pan,add the marinated prawns.
Stir fry until cooked trough and the edges starts to brown.Set aside until required.In the same pan,add more oil(2 to 3 tsp),add ginger,garlic,green chilies,spring onion,onion and celery.
Saute until onion turns golden brown.Next add the bell pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add the cooked rice.Add in the sugar,soya sauce,vinegar,white/black pepper powder and salt to taste.Mix gently until combined.
Finally add the spring onion greens and cooked prawns.Mix gently until combined.Serve immediately .
