Quick and easy Tender Coconut smoothie.

  1. Tender coconut pulp -1/3 cup(from half of a tender coconut)
  2. Tender coconut water- 300 to 400 ml
  3. Sugar- 2 to3 tsp(or to taste)
  4. Ice cubes- as required,to serve


  • In a blender combine all the ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and serve immediately.

    • Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
