Ingredients:
- Chopped banana,frozen -1 and 1/2 cups
- Milk- 1 and 1/2 cups
- Dates,pitted and chopped- 4 to 5(depending on sweetness desired)
- Almonds- 5 to 6
- Cashew nuts- 5 to 6
Instructions:
- In a blender combine all the ingredients . Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
NOTES
- 1cup=250ml
- you can also add 2 to 3 walnuts if desired.
