December 14, 2015 at 5:05 amits ok,just make a fine powder of it,if you are not able to make it into a smooth paste.Usually when you grind roasted coconut the oil seeps out and thus the mixture tuns to a smooth paste.

January 19, 2020 at 7:55 amI have tried several recipes for Chicken and most turned out good but this one, I must say was the best of them all and the taste bettered even those I got from highly rated hotels around my location. Only issue was that while grinding coconut masala I could not get it as a paste. Once I tried adding a little water but it spoiled the taste. Now I dont add water to get that tingling flavor. I love this, even my puppy too. She gorges on the chicken like heaven. Only one word to describe this Recipe. WOW!!
