- Idli batter- 1 and 1/2cup
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves,chopped- few
- Green chili,chopped- 1tsp(or to taste)
- Onion,finely chopped- 1/4 to 1/3cup
- Carrot,Grated -2 to 3tbsp
- Grated coconut- 1 to 1.5 tbsp
- Coriander leaves,chopped – 1/2 tbsp
- Hing – 1pinch
- Salt – to taste
- Adjust the quantity of green chilies according to your taste.
