December 15, 2015 at 11:59 amI find that the flavour is better when its cooked in a regular pan than in a pressure cooker. Slower… but the wait is worth it 🙂

June 18, 2017 at 12:39 amHi
I tried this and the curry is awesome. But the beef became a bit hard in the pressure cooker. My cooking time was only 15 minutes. So I cooked it again for another 15 minutes. But the texture didn't change much. Can you suggest me the cooking time in pressure cooker. I bought the curry cut beef.

April 1, 2020 at 8:21 pmDoes one need to grind the star anise ? Also, any reason why the powders need to be ground as well?
