Ingredients
- Passion fruit- 3 nos
- Banana- 2 nos(small)
- Apple juice- 1 to 1 1/2 cup
- Sugar- to taste
Method
- Scoop out the pulp from the passion fruit and using a blender ,blend it for a few seconds.Pass it through a fine mesh sieve ,discard the seeds.
- Add the passion fruit pulp,banana,apple juice and sugar to taste into a blender,blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.

you ought to remove and strain the seeds before blending it though, thats how they serve it in my mother in laws resto.
Great mix with banana and apple juice, with some crushed ice a refreshing mix fruit juice on a afternoon work break.
