Ingredients:
- Chicken drumstick – 8 to 10 pieces(1kg)
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves – few
- Green chilies,sliced – 2
- Garlic,skin on ,crushed- 3 to 4
- Coconut oil,for deep frying – as required
Ingredients-for marination:
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chili powder- 3 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Garlic,skin on,crushed- 3 to 4 cloves
- Salt – to taste
For batter:
- All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
- Cornflour- 3 tbsp
- Egg,beaten – 1/2 of a small
- Ginger -garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Green chili paste- 1 tsp(or according to taste)
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
- Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
- Kashmiri chili powder – 3 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1.5 tsp
- Curry leaves,chopped-few
- Lemon Juice – from half of a lemon
- Salt – to taste

- 1 cup=250ml
- Adjust the quantity of green chilies according to your taste.
