I just mixed up a batch of these and they are in the oven, but the batter seamed really thick! It was tough to spread in my lined baking tin. Is this normal?

      Hi Kylie…sorry for the delay!!
it is ok if the batter is really thick.
did u use canned pumpkin puree??
mine was easy to handle…may be because i used fresh pumpkin puree.

I made these tonight and they were fantastic. The only drawback was that I wanted to eat the entire pan myself! So yummy!! My omni dining companions had no idea they were vegan.
