Quick,easy and delicious egg kebab with coconut chutney.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8 to 10 people
Ingredients:
- Eggs,hard boiled and cut lengthwise- 5 nos
- Egg white,lightly beaten-2 nos
- Oil- for shallow / deep frying
For coconut chutney:
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Green chilies-3 to 4 nos( according to taste)
- Ginger-1/2″ piece
- Garlic- 3 cloves
- Curry leaves-1 sprig
- Coriander leaves,chopped-2 or 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
