Koorka Mezhukkupuratti
Spicy Kerala Koorka/ Chinese potato fry
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2 to 3 people
Ingredients:
- Koorka,cleaned and sliced – 2 cups
- Coconut slices-1 or 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves-few
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Kashmiri chili powder – 3/4 to 1 tsp( or to taste)
- Garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder-1/4 to 1/2 tsp( more if required)
- Garlic,chopped-2 large cloves
- Shallots,sliced-1/2 cup( i used onion)
- Water-as required
- Oil-as required
- Salt-to taste
