Ingredients:
- Mixed Berries – 1 Cup(blueberries,raspberries,strawberries,blackberries,cranberries)
- Spinach or Kale- 1/2 cup
- Flax seeds,ground- 1 tsp
- Ginger-1/2 ” piece
- Green tea ,chilled- as required( made with 1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose tea)
- Honey /maple syrup or cane sugar- to taste
- Cold pressed coconut oil- 2 tsp
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.Serve immediately.
NOTES
- You can substitute flax seeds with chia seeds or walnuts.
