Ingredients
- Apple -1 no
- Dates(deseeded)-4-5 nos
- Milk (chilled)- 1 1/2 cup
Method
- Chop apple into small pieces.
- Add chopped apple,dates and milk into a blender,blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Note:Add sugar to taste while blending, if required.
