Nendrapazham Payasam

Easy and delicious pazham payasam with cococnut milk

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 to 3
Ingredients:
- Sago pearls- 1/4 cup
- Thin coconut milk – 1.5 cups
- Ripe plantain,diced.1/2 ” pieces – 1 large
- Thick coconut milk- 1.5 cups
- Cardamom powder- 1 generous pinch
- Cashew nuts,chopped – 1 tbsp
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – as required
- Sugar – to taste
- Salt – 1 pinch

NOTES
- You could also fry the chopped banana in ghee and then add to the sago coconut milk mixture.
- Adjust the quantity of thick coconut milk according to the consistency required.
