Strawberry Chia seed Smoothie
Rich and creamy Chia seed smoothie.

- Strawberry,diced – 1.5 to 2 cups
- Banana,sliced- 1 medium
- Chia seeds- 2 tsp
- Almond milk- 1 cup(or use whole milk)
- Vanilla extract- 1/4 tsp(optional)
- Honey or any sweetener- to taste( if required)
- In a blender add strawberry,banana,chia seeds,milk and vanilla extract.Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle honey to taste into each glass.Pour in the smoothie.Sprinkle chia seeds on top ,if desired.
- Serve immediately.
- Adjust the amount of milk according to the consistency required.
